SEC pages, watched: what changed, in two sentences

Between proposed rules, adopted rules, staff guidance, no-action letters and FINRA notices, US securities compliance is a reading job that never ends, and the sources don't email you when a page changes. RIAs, broker-dealers and fund managers mostly find out through paid alerts services, peers, or too late.

Hawkline watches the pages directly. When something real changes, your team gets a plain-language summary in email or Slack with the source linked. Timestamps, press-page churn and layout shuffles get silence.

Honest limitations

Hawkline checks on a schedule (down to every 15 minutes), reads page text, and links the source in every alert. It's an early-warning system, not a compliance program, and alerts are information, not legal advice. Not affiliated with the SEC or FINRA.
